On servers that use dot (or any non-slash) character as a folder separator,
Geary shows subfolders with slash delimiters until it's connected, at which
point they're displayed with dots.

This was taken care of in Bug 757166. The same string (">") is now used as the delim in the UI regardless of the server's separator, but that should be phased out anyway with a better UX for nested mailboxes.
