We are talking about the search folder on the sidebar. I'm just checking on current Geary and it seems that the search folder appears always above the first account, even when multiple accounts are present (in this case, the search folder is above the first account and below the Inbox branches). I don't have a clear idea of where it should stay. Having it on top, like now, make sure that is immediately visible. The new sidebar of bug 730712 might offer an easy way to solve this issue, so I'll mark it as a dependent on that ticket.
Resolving as obsolete all bugs that should be resolved by the sidebar redesign (https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=730712). I'd mark them as a duplicate, but bz won't let me :( Apologies for the noise.
