If comments in PHP are used like this:

//Line to comment out

Then everything below is greyed out until you click after the comment and press the SPACEBAR this problem seems to happen on existing files and does not appear when using Bluefish on Windows. The problems happens on Ubuntu 13:10 and Fedora 19 & 20 it does not happen on Zorin OS 7.1

this problem has been reported already, and is fixed in 2.2.5beta2.
