There's a bunch of small layout issues with the current installed list:

 * App name and version isn't vertically aligned with the description text
 * Inconsistent vertical relationship between app names and icons
 * Not enough horizontal padding between app names and descriptions - they can almost touch (while not having their baselines aligned - yuck! :) )
 * Lack of consistency in row heights (sometimes you get an icon that isn't 64x64, and the row becomes much too short)
 * App names can wrap over three lines
