When there are more than 3 results per app, we show a white and black plus icon over the app icon. The icon doesn't look that great - the colours are a bit harsh and it seems small. The meaning doesn't seem particularly clear either.

I think it would be much clearer if we had a label that indicated how many more search results there are. Placing this at the bottom of each section of results would communicate the intent in the clearest way, but if space is an issue we could continue to use the app icon.
