GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 712252
sharing: not able to enable bluetooth
Last modified: 2013-11-28 07:28:05 UTC
Based on 'blog posts', it's implied that the sharing / pbexpush should now work with 3.10.2 (gnome-user-sharing). This, of course, relies on gnome-control-center updates (due to schema), which I have on my machine. Issue: there is no way to switch 'Bluetooth sharing' to on: - there are only two check boxes inside the dialog (Save received files to Downloads folder and Only receive from trusted devices). Even both being switched ON, then clicking 'Close' keeps 'bluetooth sharing' being OFF. I think the issue is with the removal of "share-public-folder-switch" which in turn was used to verify if bluetooth sharing should be on.
