When I try to enter a number for Width, Height, X resolution, or Y resolution in the Scale dialog or Print Resolution dialog, I can enter digits 6-9 and 0 but not 1-5. I can still set any value by using the up or down arrows in the dialog.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.
This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but we are happy to tell you that the problem has already been fixed. It should be solved in the next software version. You may want to check for a software upgrade.
