Description Bastien Nocera 2013-11-09 23:42:32 UTC
We should export globs of the XDG_GLOB_SIMPLE type, from xdgmime, to allow for applications to name files sequentially. For example see this ephiphany bug (bug 711750).

(Or, there could be a helper in GIO that, given a folder and an example filename, would insert "(1)", "(2)", etc. inside the filename).
