Description Tatyana 2013-11-01 20:41:53 UTC
I've found that there in 3.10 version (and even in 3.4) I can't change keyboard layout with a shortcut, specified in keyboard settings. So, when I set "modifiers-only switch to next source: Caps Lock" and after tha press Caps Lock - the indicator shows that input source is changed, but when I start to print - the language is still not changed.
I also found that it changes the layout to next source if I press some letter while holding Caps Lock.

Ubuntu Gnome 15.10 amd64
Gnome 3.16

It seams like I have the same bug. On Alt+Shift indicator changes back and forth, but actual layout remains RU.

This is handled in mutter.
Comment 3 Rui Matos 2016-03-03 15:00:44 UTC
Can you reproduce this with current gnome preferably on a distro other than ubuntu?

Fedora 23 Life dvd
GNOME 3.18.1
