There is a ton of output when building Folks, which makes warnings less visible than they should be, ideally.

We should summarize the output of valadoc by default (just as valac and gcc are summarized unless V=1) because it's really noisy. There are also a ton of warnings in there (mostly valadoc's fault, I think) but we should resolve those as well.
