Description William Jon McCann 2013-10-16 16:49:20 UTC
Currently we show a bubble icon next to the room names in the sidebar. I'm not sure this is very useful. It adds a lot of weight and repetition to the list. I think I would rather have a separate indicator to differentiate direct messages and drop the bubble icon altogether.

Can you elaborate on what separate indicator you have in mind?

room: Only use icons for private chats

Repeating the same element for almost every item in the list is
not very useful and makes it actually harder to identify private
chats, so drop the bubble icons from rooms while keeping the
avatar icon for direct messages.

Looks good!
