It is great to be able to browse and search for apps while offline. However, the current offline behaviour when you click on "Install" isn't particularly elegant. ;)

If someone tries to install an app while offline, we should offer to install it for them later. 

 * If offline, the install button should change to "Cancel", with a "Pending" label to its left.
 * An in-app notification should explain what's going to happen: "<app> will be installed when you next go online".
 * The app should be added to the installed list (the button can again read "Cancel", and have a "Pending" label underneath).
