The popup you get when doing stuff that require elevated privileges (for example when unlocking the 'Users' menu, in order to auto-login) covers the on-screen keyboard, making it impossible to enter the password.

Also, some buttons ( the Authenticate and Cancel buttons ) overlap with the top row of the keyboard, so only bringing the keyboard up would not fix the main issue,leaving you with no way to click Cancel (assuming Enter = Authenticate). So a way for the keyboard to push-up the window is needed..
