I have "Switch window" in the keyboard shortcuts mapped to Super+Tab (mostly because of another bug that seems to prevent me from changing the meaning of Alt+Tab away from "Switch applications").

When I mimimise a window and then press Super+Tab, that window comes back again, when (as per traditional Alt+tab behaviour) it should have been sent to the back of the MRU list instead.
