Time displayed wrong when LC_MESSAGES is LTR and LC_TIME is RTL

Created attachment 256790 [details] Screenshot of wrong time displayed in the top bar On my system I have LC_MESSAGES set to en_US.utf8 while LC_TIME is he_IL.utf8. The displayed time is wrong (instead of HH:MM it's MM:HH). See in the attached screenshot. The time when the screenshot was taken is 12:23. This is on ArchLinux running Gnome 3.10.0.
