Screenshot of wrong time displayed in the top bar

On my system I have LC_MESSAGES set to en_US.utf8 while LC_TIME is he_IL.utf8.

The displayed time is wrong (instead of HH:MM it's MM:HH). See in the attached screenshot.

The time when the screenshot was taken is 12:23.

This is on ArchLinux running Gnome 3.10.0. The complete output of locale is:

$ locale
LANG=en_US.utf8
LC_CTYPE="en_US.utf8"
LC_NUMERIC=he_IL.utf8
LC_TIME=he_IL.utf8
LC_COLLATE="en_US.utf8"
LC_MONETARY=he_IL.utf8
LC_MESSAGES="en_US.utf8"
LC_PAPER=he_IL.utf8
LC_NAME="en_US.utf8"
LC_ADDRESS="en_US.utf8"
LC_TELEPHONE="en_US.utf8"
LC_MEASUREMENT=he_IL.utf8
LC_IDENTIFICATION="en_US.utf8"
