Description Dan Doel 2013-10-07 22:02:30 UTC
I just upgraded to gnome 3.10, and have been observing some very odd behavior when switching between certain windows in via the overlay. The procedure to reproduce should be as follows:

  1) Open up any window
  2) Open up gnome-control-center
  3) Focus either window
  4) Go into the overview (super or corner)
  5) Click on the window that was not focused

When I do this, I see a very jerky animation, as if the windows start sliding back into place, then the animation is interrupted and started over. Further, this _only_ seems to happen when gnome-control-center is involved (which makes no sense to me). I've tried switching between several other applications, and they work normally. But switching between gnome-control-center and any other application via this method causes the odd animation.

I'm on arch linux, with gnome-shell 3.10.0.1 and gnome-control-center 3.10.0.
