Detailed test suite log for failed app-utils test

Running make check on Fedora 19 (64bit) with guile 2 fails in app-utils. See attached detailed test logs

Figured this one out at last. The issue was that the (macro? ) function got more picky in guile 2.

I have updated the test file to use the proper invocation for guile 2. This invocation is still backwards compatible with guile 1.8 (luckily).

Additionally, I have reformatted the test a bit to make it easier to detect where the test fails when it fails.
