We show blank tiles while we are loading content for the All and Category pages. Right now it can look a bit broken, since it isn't clear that the blank tiles are intentional.

I would put a symbolic icon in each blank tile to indicate that it's intentional and that the content is loading.

My suggestion would have been to use three horizontal dots, similar to what we do for connecting network status. However, I don't see that as a separate icon in the symbolic icon set. One alternative might be emblem-synchronizing-symbolic.
