This may be a bit Ubuntu-specific, but filing here anyway since some other projects also use Launchpad.

This patch allows opening launchpad bug links (LP: #xxxx). Since the link isn't
formatted like a URL, also add some code to convert to an actual link.

Bug 579859 will add a generic way to add more match actions; I don't think we'll add a ubuntu specific one though. Ubuntu should patch that one in downstream.
