Activate the queue pane (with ctrl+K), try dragging and dropping any song (from the media library or from a playlist), and it will refuse to consider the queue area as a drag target.

Disabling this widget (with ctrl+K) allows you to drag to the queue "playlist" in the sidebar, however.
