The original bug has a screen shot and a video attached.

I can reproduce it on Fedora 19, control-center-3.8.5-1.fc19.x86_64.

I can trigger the effect immediately without having to wait
by trying to switch the profile from “telephony” to “A2DP”
or the other way round. New lines for the same device appear immediately.

I can hear the difference between “A2DB” (good sound quality)
and “telephony” (bad sound quality) but it is hard to select
the profile I want, it seems to switch “randomly”.
