Description Anthony Segredo 2013-09-24 12:47:35 UTC
Help file states:
"The preference dialog can be started by selecting the File and then the Preferences menu item. " In reality the dialog is under Edit and then Preferences. Version 1.10.16

I cannot confirm if this happens in my Linux version, because "Help Search" is not working in my distro.
