I'm running Parabola GNU/Linux, a rolling release cutting edge distro. I recently upgraded to Mono version 3.2.1, and now Banshee crashes upon startup. The GUI launches, but no GTK widgets appear. After about a half of a second, Banshee dies.

I observed this bug on mono version 3.2.1, but I have also tested this bug with mono 3.0.12. The bug does not occur when mono is at the older version. Perhaps this is breakage caused by upstream changes in mono?

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.
This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but we are happy to tell you that the problem has already been fixed. It should be solved in the next software version (mono 3.2.4). You may want to check for a software upgrade.
