When automatic screen lock is activated with the command dialog (Alt+F2) open, the command dialog will be loft on the lock screen. Anyone can run any command on your lock screen if you are away from your computer. See the attached screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce
==================
1. Enable automatic screen lock
2. Press Alt+F2 to open the command dialog
3. Wait until your screen is locked
4. The command dialog will be left on the lock screen, where anyone can run any command.

Test Environment
================
