libspectre is needed for reading PostScript files via gnome-documents and evince. It needs Ghostscript: http://www.ghostscript.com/download/gsdnld.html

Turns out that Ghostscript needs openjpeg for JPEG 2000 support: http://code.google.com/p/openjpeg/

Since newer version of openjpeg require cmake we can stick to 1.5.1
