implements the AppData spec.

However,

I (and other pitivi contributors) don't know how this thing works.
We need a patch from you, dear reader, for this to happen.

Lots of project are still using intltool (all mine included) so I don't think it's important at all to use itstool unless you've got something that intltool can't handle.
