There are a handful of misspellings and usages of spellings other than American English. By convention, the C locale uses American English spellings. Patch to follow.

Allow proper i18n of about dialog title

I am attaching a second patch which adds an explicit title to the about dialog, which is necessary for correct i18n. Note: this patch will NOT break string freeze as it reuses an existing string.
