Description Matus Marhefka 2013-08-28 14:23:02 UTC
If you maximize a window on right or left half of screen, you are
unable to resize it - you must unmaximize and only then you are able
to resize it finally.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Snap (maximize) a window either to right or left screen side.
2. Try to resize it (make it wider for example)
