GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 706947
Can't shuffle my entire library without clicking "load more" countless of times
Last modified: 2013-09-08 04:28:05 UTC
When I use a music player, I expect it to be able to shuffle my entire library. However, with gnome-music it is not the case. Clicking the songs tab, selecting the shuffle option and pressing play results in Music shuffeling only through the albums it shows on the list, which are the first two albums in my library (by alphabetical order). If I want to shuffle my entire 49 albums, 20 artists and 311 songs library, I have to scroll down and click "load more" many many times. Note that my library is considered small. My father, for example, has more than 5000 songs in his library. Imagine how many times he would need to click "load more" just to shuffle everything. I suggest you load the entire list of songs in the library, instead of making the user click Load More
