Patch to fix build

Due to changes in gnome-common git, an implicit m4 directory is no longer
created during autogen. The attached patch explicitly and correctly specifies a
macro directory. Additionally, per https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=705365, using both IT_PROG_INTLTOOL and AM_GNU_GETTEXT is unsupported. Changes in gnome-common master cause build to break with this combination.

The change looks fine to me, but you might want to split the commit message so that it has a one-line (less than 72 characters) message, then a blank line, then the remainder of the message. Also, please link to this bug in the commit message.
