Gnucash installed on windows 7 and 8, keeps getting wider when new or open budget is selected.

Thanks for the bug report. This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report any further bugs you find.  Based on your report I will change the original bug bug report to all OSs
