Sometime in the future - maybe far future :) - it would be nice to have the
page-widgets implemented as proper GObjects, subclassing GtkWidget and so on
(which would also allow us to use the niceties of templates for widgets).

In preparation of that, it will be easier if the code related to a page is in
a single place, as much as possible.
