Since nm-applet continues to sometimes mistakenly pop up its dialogs
even when gnome-shell is running, we've been asked to make it
NotShowIn=GNOME. (People can still run it by hand if they need to...)

Also, update the bugzilla components for the current organization.

Should we maybe revert this if willing to use nm-applet with Gnome 3.8? From other bug report where this same is discussed, looks like nm-applet was still needed in some corner cases
