gs-change-date-time-timezone.page says, "On the left-hand side of the window, you can adjust the date and time by clicking on the arrows to choose the hour, minute, and year." However, the time adjuster is on the RIGHT side, not the left side. Refer to the attached screenshot of the time setting panel.
