The COPYING file includes the old address of the FSF, it should be changed.

This is what you get if you just download the latest GPLv2 license file:
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.txt

I did make sure I preserved the exceptions granted by the GNOME Music contributors. :)
