Dear Developers,

If I activating Orca preferences and do a page tab switch, too slow time happening the switch the prewious or next page tab.
Reproducation steps:
1. Launch Orca, and activate preferences dialog with Orca modifier+Space key combination.
2. Press tab key, and press a SHIFT+Tab key combination. After this, press a right arrow key. After right arrow key press, need waiting about 4 seconds to Orca spokening next selected page tab.
I using Ubuntu Saucy, latest at-spi2-core, at-spi2-atk and Orca master branch versions.
I using GNOME Shell 3.8.3 classic session mode.

What the matter Joanie the debug.out file?
I looked now the attachment (saved as), my Ubuntu 12.04.2 system Gedit wonderful opened the file.
Need attaching an another debug.out file?
Oh, now I see. Debug.out is truncated, because when I doed the test, I simple ran again orca --replace command.

Right debug.out file

I forgot now orca --replace command truncate any opened debug.out file, right way now if anybody using the --debug-file=debug.out command to press Orcamodifier+Q keystroke (close Orca with normal way).
This situation Orca shut down correctly, and debug.out file finalized.

Thanks! From a quick glance I am not seeing a crazy event flood, nor a long time doing the work to present the new location. So I'll have to dig more into this.

Joanie, I forgot to ask you a short test:
Can you trying for example the braille page your system spokening Orca slow time later when you focusing the contraction table combo box the TAB key the combo box related informations?
Reproducation steps:
1. Activate Orca preferences.
2. Goto the braille page.
3. Press TAB key until you not hear the "Contraction table:" label. When the caret lands the combo box, I need wayting about 3 or 4 seconds before Orca spokening the combobox related informations.

Your magical at-spi related script (or any magical script) not help determining what happening the background?
Unfortunately I losted your last script, but welcome trying monday any testing script if help determining what the problem.
Unfortunately the problem is desktop environment independent (I experienced this two problem with Unity, GNOME Shell classic session and only Ubuntu awailable GNOME fallback session).

This bug already resolved with Orca 3.10 version.
When previous happened the issue before I reported this problem, possible have an Ubuntu specific issue an another component related with producing this issue.
This bug already not reproducable with Ubuntu 13.10 and Ubuntu 14.04 developnent side, the bug not happening with Fedora 20 too.
