when opening or closing an app i get a seg. error.   

on one system i lost the whole panel.    

the other system i lost the information on the panel that indicated which 
desktop, what apps were open.  logging off and on or rebooting the system 
did not help.  i could log in as another user  and that user would work.  
i can still ATL-TAB between apps i just can not see what app are open.


one system was redhat7.1 the other was redhat7.2.   redhat7.2 failed 
shortly after building the system each time (4 builds).   redhat7.1 has 
been running for a year or so before the crash however GUI's were not use 
much.
