Error with eps modul/add-in if you try to open a eps file (maybe same with other file-types?) from a path with a german Umlaut. if u Remove the Umlaut from the path, it works.

See attached pdf.

Language Settings:
- tested with german and english, same result

System:
- Tested on Windows 7 Ultimate (64-bit), Windows 7 Pro (32-bit) and Windows XP SP3 (on XP was Gimp 2.6. same Error)

I first tried to play with the gs settings/versions with noch positive result.

I hope u can fix it and i didnt miss any thing, first report on Bugzilla :).
