Error with ftpadmin install

I attach the error I had with ftpadmin install.

The tarball is still not in:

http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/gtksourceview/3.9/

But it can take some time for rsync.

Should be fixed by now. Rsync would have run anyway but the perms should be OK again now.
