Description rapha 2013-07-08 13:32:48 UTC
Latexila would even be better if there was the possibility to set its own "Snippets" (Schnipsel in german) - e.g. for often used tins such as its own footnote-preformating or entries for the bibfile. Geany has this possibility, gedit as well. Is this generally impossibel or just a lot of work?

A plan for the long-term future is to reuse the gedit source code (and make it reusable). And be able to use gedit plugins in latexila.

Nowadays a generic snippet system could be implemented in Tepl, and then use it in gnome-latex.
