Update gettext version to 0.18.2 because the previous one uses "gets" which is a security flaw and doesn't compile anymore (my gcc's version is 4.8.1).

The 0.18.1.1 version previously used doesn't compile anymore because
it is using "gets" instead of "fgets", which represents a security flaw.
