Description Manish Sinha 2013-07-03 01:57:06 UTC
At the moment bijiben depends on libzeitgeist which is the original library also known as zeitgeist-1.0

Zeitgeist 0.9.12 and later comes with libzeitgeist2 which is zeitgeist-2.0 which comes with improvements and is more Vala like syntax support.
Comment 1 Manish Sinha 2013-07-03 02:50:15 UTC
A bit of clarification, even though bijiben is not using vala, zeitgeist-1.0 is going to be deprecated and being replaced by zeitgeist-2.0

For C applications, the changes needed would be minimal, most of the code changes would be needed for vala apps

Pushed since I don't believe Manish has git.gnome.org commit rights yet.
