Collection delete icon

Problem:
How to remove a collection?

Solution:
1. Select the collection
2. Press the bin on dynamic menu bar

Issue: This method is not clear at all if it deletes the collection, or also the files inside.

Okay, the files still exists out of categories (which is another bug as I don't know if I have put them in a collection or not), but the process is quite confusing. I realized how it works only after I tried it.

The help covers that deleting collections does not delete documents inside it. Is that sufficient? Otherwise, the only other thing I can think of is a warning dialog of some sort, but I don't think that's necessary.

I am not fan of opening the help for such simple task, but I would prefer a separate "Delete Documents" help section.

In "Make collections of documents"
There is a note:

"Click the Trash button in the button bar. The collection will be deleted, leaving the original documents."

In "Selective Documents"
There is a note:

"Delete (trash icon): delete one or more collections"

Maybe this is a bit confusing again. Aside of this, GNOME Documents 3.12 doesn't have any "Trash Icon", just a "Delete", text button.

> Otherwise, the only other thing I can think of is a warning
dialog of some sort,

That would be actually great, as long as you can have a "don't show this again" check box.

Looks there are two issues here:
1) It is not clear if deleting a collection removes the items inside it or not.
2) It is hard to find out if an item has already been put inside a collection by looking at the overview.

I can't think of any other actions you could perform on a collection other than remove or properties, so maybe there would be room in the action bar to have a hint.

[ Remove Collection ] (Documents will not be deleted.) [ Properties ]

GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org.
As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org
which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately
quite limited so not every ticket can get handled).

If you can still reproduce the situation described in this ticket in a recent
and supported software version, then please follow
  https://wiki.gnome.org/GettingInTouch/BugReportingGuidelines
and create a new ticket at
  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-documents/-/issues/

Thank you for your understanding and your help.
