Description Andreas J. Guelzow 2013-06-19 06:38:44 UTC
open attachment 247199 [details] and attachment 247198 [details]. The former is an xls file and the latter an xlsx file. if you open both, recalculate and compare the two files you will note that the background colour of the conditionally formatted cells is missing. It should be light red.

If you open the xlsx file in LO or Excel you can see the correct light red background colour (although in LO the content of those cells is incorrect).
Comment 1 Andreas J. Guelzow 2013-06-20 04:55:54 UTC
in fact we seem to be setting the correct pattern colour, but we do not set any pattern since the file does not specify a pattern:

<dxf><font><color rgb="FF9C0006"/></font><fill><patternFill><bgColor rgb="FFFFC7CE"/></patternFill></fill></dxf>

It looks like a default pattern should be specified.
Comment 2 Andreas J. Guelzow 2013-06-20 07:00:29 UTC
Note that ECMA 376 is very clear. The default pattern is 'none' and for the pattern 'none' the fore and background colours should be ignored. Clearly Excel 2010 does not follow this.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
