resizable content:

Network → Wired → Details
Network → Wireless → Details
Network → Wireless → Hotspot
Notifications → (Application details)

Privacy → (All dialogs)
Region & Language → Formats
Region & Language → Add Input
Sound → Test Speakers

I've tested everything except the network dialogs. Looks good, but all the privacy dialogs need extra vertical padding adding above the close buttons.
