Description Allan Day 2013-06-15 15:59:00 UTC
I've always been a little irked by the current input sources list design - clicking a row selects it, rather than activating something, as is the pattern with other list rows of this type (include the language and formats items above). It also feels a bit odd having a toolbar hanging off the bottom of a list that changes height.

I've adjusted the mockups to try and resolve these issues:

https://raw.github.com/gnome-design-team/gnome-mockups/master/system-settings/region-and-language/png/hi-res-panel.png

This makes the panel more consistent with other lists in the control center, particularly online accounts (see bug 702345 ).

With the new design, selecting a row opens the corresponding settings dialog or keyboard layout dialog. Each of these dialogs will include a remove button if there is more than one active input method.
