Description Zeddy I.G. 2002-01-31 15:00:53 UTC
Package: galeon
Severity: blocker
Version: 0.10.4
Synopsis: galeon crash (SuSE 7.2 + Ximian)
Bugzilla-Product: galeon
Bugzilla-Component: general

Description:
Get SuSE 7.2
Get Ximian Desktop using go-gnome script

Once insalled, open up a terminal.
Try running galeon.

It will say:
Cannot find mozilla installation directory. Please set MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME
to your mozilla directory

So I did:
MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME=/opt/gnome/lib/mozilla
export MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME

Try running galeon again.
It will bloody crash!

Comment 2 Zeddy I.G. 2002-02-01 13:41:13 UTC
I solved this problem:

.Use Ximian Red Carpet, subscribe to Ximian Desktop Channel
.Download the latest galeon package.

Voila! Galeon won't crash anymore. Finally, the fastest Linux
browser is running on my SuSE 7.2!
