User interrupts the dim screen process during login he can notice the login window is gone and he cannot log anymore. Restart system required

Steps :
1. Boot Tizen PC
2. At the login screen wait for the screen to dim (5 minutes ?)
3. When dim is 80%, interrupt the process
4. Notice login screen gone, unable to log any user

Ok, so it turns out that bug 701761 *is* related, because we call deactivate() when the user interrupts the dim.

So let's mark this one duplicate.
