Graph showing equation rotated in an unrotated frame

1. Create an XY graph with enough points in a data series to create a line
2. Add a trend line to that line
3. Add an equation to that trend line
4. On the 'Text' tab of the equation, change the orientation to 45 degrees, for example

What happens:
The text box changes shape to accommodate the rotated text.

What should happen:
The text box should rotate with the text.

If you add a label to the X or Y axes, there is an option on the 'Details' tab named 'Rotate frame with text'; this option would be good to add to the equation 'Details' tab, or probably the 'Text' tab, since that's the only place where rotation can be affected.
Comment 1 P Fudd 2013-06-03 17:24:52 UTC
The graph may look a little odd because the magenta trend line is overlapping and obscuring the data series it describes (R^2 value of 0.999999).
Comment 2 P Fudd 2013-06-03 17:28:55 UTC
The graph looks better if I turn off the frame and background for the equation, but I'd still like to rotate the frame.

This problem has been fixed in our software repository. The fix will go into the next software release. Thank you for your bug report.

The property already existed, we just missed the user interface.
