Gnome contacts notification bug

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open gnome-contacts (tested version: 3.8.2)
2. Click on the selection button
3. Select a contact
4. Delete it
An in-app notification will appear showing the message "contact deleted".
5. Click on another contact

The notification will remain partially visible on the left side but will be hidden on the right side of the application window (see screenshot).
You cannot close the notification anymore since its close button is not visible.
This behavior also appears when linking contacts instead of deleting them.

This may also be a bug of the gtk+ in-app notification library.
